I did re region try this one it's only one save without profile save so maybe you should delete all save before you add this one i am not sure 100% because the save you sent me has slot 1 and 2 and the EUR one is slot 10 some games if they are not same slot number the re region won't work not sure about this Game but MAFIA has this issue anyway try first and let me know

There is 2 way to re region first one using advanced mode on save wizard you can find tuto on youtube second one is using PS4 exploit you need jailbroken PS4 which is the one i use
