You have to resign them to your own id by using Save Wizard which can be bought on savewizard.net

It's in there. Try shortening the folders name if you can't interact with the files inside.
If you can't see it at all, then it's likely corrupted somehow in download as you say.

The 100% Completionist Saves?
I'm actually not sure about that. I doubt it on PS4 because it's already passed the cutscene that unlocks the trophy.
I think it does on PS5, but i've never been able to test it myself. I don't own the game.

The "New Game+ 100% Save" definitely unlocks the trophy though.
