Travel to the next Orange Marker where it says Mosshome on the map. Inspect it to learn the first skill: [Silkspear].

Granted - Grant your first wish (Middle Orange Marker)
Now head east to the next NPC. You'll need to destroy some webs with the [R1] skill on the way. If it doesn't work, hit some bugs to charge silk.
Talk to her, hand her the Mossberries, and complete your first wish.

Liberated - Defeat the Bell Beast (East Orange marker)
You'll need to go to the far right orange marker to fight this boss.
Use [R1] to break its webs. (You will need to have completed the previous [Bound] trophy to do this.)

Restored - Acquire 2 Spool Fragments (1/2) (Orange Marker)
The second fragment is the Orange Marker on the lower level.
Collect it for the trophy.

Lace is at the Silver Ring north-east of you. Go there and defeat the boss to pop the trophy.

Claimed - Claim your first Crest (Orange Marker)
Go all the way left to the Orange Marker and enter the door.
In this mini-maze, drop down on the left and go all the way down to find this first crest surrounded by candles.
Claim it to pop the trophy.
(You will lose the compass, so visit a bench and equip the Compass if you'd like to see your position on the map while getting the next trophies.)

Protected - Acquire 4 Mask Shards (3/4) (Silver Ring.)
(This trophy is why the Health Cheat is disabled. To prevent the late game 'Masked' trophy from unlocking here, thus making your timestamps look suspicious.)
Leave the maze and return to where you started in Bone Bottom.
Purchase the [Mask Shard] from the shop here to pop the trophy.

Flea Finder - Rescue half of Pharloom’s lost fleas (Red Marker.)
Enter the Bellway next to the shop and fast travel to [The Slab].
From here, run right all the way to the bench. Then jump spam up to the flea hiding above.

Keen Hunter - Grant Nuu’s wish (Black marker.)
Enter the Bellway and fast travel to [Greymoor].
From here, go up into the Halfway Home and talk to Nuu, who is hiding in a secret room above the barkeep.

Connected - Open all of Pharloom’s Bellways
You start in the final Bellway. Go right, inspect the device, and insert Rosaries to pop the trophy.

Transported - Open all of the Citadel’s Ventrica Stations (Orange Marker)
Starting at this Bellway, travel to [Grand Bellway]. Now to the right is a transporter—travel to [First Shrine].
From here, just keep heading west all the way to the room where the Orange Marker is, and activate the final Ventrica Station next to the bench.

Harmonious - Learn the Citadel’s Threefold song (Silver Ring)
Starting from the location of the [Transported] trophy.
Head west until you reach a dead end. Behind a curtain, you’ll see the shadow of the Conductor—approach and speak with him.
Follow his instructions to pop the trophy.

White Knight - Defeat Lace in the Cradle (Red Marker)
After completing the previous trophy, a new large silk icon will appear on the map close to the red marker.
Return east and drop down one level, then continue east until you reach a metal elevator.
Inspect it and follow its instructions to open and take it to the boss, where you will defeat her.
Talk to her afterwards to unlock the trophy.

Regenerated - Acquire all Silk Hearts (Red Marker)
Immediately after the previous trophy, in the same place where you defeated and talk to Lace.
There will be a floating orb. Jump into it to be taken into a new dark room.
Keep jumping up to the top and enter the glowing orb. You'll be brought back and pop the trophy.

Extended - Acquire all Spool Fragments (Black Marker)

(We will first work on getting 100% in a legit order, then come back and clean up the different endings.)

From the previous trophy, go right, then up, then right as soon as you can to find a transporter. (Again: do not go up to the very top and defeat the end boss.)
Take the transporter to [First Shrine], and drop down. Run right from the bench and talk to the merchant.
Purchase the final [Spool Fragment] to pop the trophy.

Fleafriend - Rescue all of Pharloom's lost fleas and recieve their final gift. (Brown Marker.)
Again, starting from the previous trophy, return to the transporter. Travel to [Grand Bellway]. Use the Bellway to travel to [Blasted Steps].
Go east to the Brown Marker in [Grand Gate] and talk to the tall flea leader by the bench.
Accept his offer to travel with him and keep speaking with him until the trophy pops.

Snared Silk - Defeat Grand Mother Silk and entrap her with the Soul Snare (Orange Marker)
WARNING: You must defeat this boss without the HP cheat for legit trophies. (If the super health cheat was activated, you would end up unlocking the 100% game completion trophies earlier than intended. We don't want that.)
For this reason, I have instead modded some of the tools to have 999 capacity. (Do not rest at a bench or these will reset.)
Press [R1] to stack health using the Plasmium Vial. You can spam this during the fight to heal as needed.
**Press [R1] + [D-DOWN]** to summon cogflies.
**Press [R1] + [D-UP]** for the Silkshot` gun.
Go north, all the way up to the boss. Defeat her and make sure you hold [Triangle]/[Needolin] for the correct ending.

Woven - Bind all Silk Skills (Orange Marker)
From the starting bench, go west towards the [Cogwork Core], then jump up where the roof is collapsing.
Keep jumping north all the way up to the orange marker at the top of [The Cradle].
Claim the final skill: [Pale Nails] to pop the trophy.

Consumed - Claim all Crests (Silver Ring)
Drop down onto solid ground and hold [D-UP] + [Triangle] to play the Bellway song and get transported to [Greymoor].
Go west and up to the silver ring where you can enter the small chapel area.
Jump up to the top and claim the final [Reaper] Crest.

Entwined - Bind Eva (Red Marker)
(You must have completed the previous trophy 'Consumed' requirement first, before you can get this trophy.)
From the previous trophy location, exit the chapel and hold [D-UP] + [Triangle] to play the Bellway song again.
Travel to [Bone Bottom], and go to the red marker in Weavenest Atla. You'll have to hold [Triangle] to open the door.
Talk to Eva and accept her offer for the trophy.

Hold [D-UP] + [Triangle] to play the Bellway song again, then travel to [Bone Bottom].
Go to the black shell at [Moss Grotto]. Enter, talk to the snail, then sit down to be taken into the Red Memory.
You'll need to travel through this linear story segment to finally pop the trophy at the end.
