Sorry for the awfully late response.

It does not give me the option to re-region those, only "book"

No luck, i did what you said but the ps4 can't find any saves at all =/.

I also thought up a new problem, the definitive edition has MORE costumes than the regular edition so even if i get it to work im not sure it will work.
I think we need a save from the definitive edtion after all :(

it's worth the try
send me the save you want to be re-regioned and I'll do it for you
the save must have exactly 9 slots (plus the profile)

probably because you only sent me half of the files (000, 007, 008 & 255)
I have tried this method with a couple of games, like the witcher 3 (from definitive edition to standard), mad max (from physical to digital), shadow of mordor (from goty to standard), horizon zero dawn (from standard to complete edition) and they all worked fine, so I believe DQ11 would be the same. or maybe not :(
