I put together and re-regioned all the saves I could found on internet.
You're going to find all necessary info inside each folder.
For the story related trophies, you just need to do the specific chapter for each trophy.
I advise you to use these saves after getting the 5 relics trophy if you're looking for legit time stamps!

Yes this save, is the correct save for your region. You're requesting a disc version of the save, which shouldn't make that much of a difference. As shown here, in Orbis Patches CUSA23511 is the disc version & digital is the CUSA23470. Both are EU versions.
