Yeah I noticed that too. I could add duplicate items into the chest for everything. Sometimes it would even be multiple copies before it ended up in the chest.

I'd say do them individually because there is a good chance you'd corrupt your save doing it as a batch.
Back up your save before doing it and let us know how you go with the results.
Another thing to add is that if your weapon greases are maxed out, they can also revert to the in-game max of 10 as well.Every time I try to add a quick code the Save Wizard crashes. Literally i just closes. Im using all the updates on a MAC version. I open the quick mode, then right click on the "Character slot" to add a cheat I enter the top line for the name, nothing in the middle line, and I add the codes on this page, then I click "okay".... save wizard completely closes. Thanksyeah ended up doing them individually and yes they revert to in game max when used.
you can actually drop the 9999 stack and picking the item up will max out your storage
may just be easier using the max all item code and dropping then picking back up items
