Can you please share the steps how you make this mod especially weapon damage and sign intensity? My character is mid way through the game and would hate to restart. Thanks. I have both the PC and PS version, so accessing the debug menu is not a problem for me.

You need to login with GOG account under reward so you can cross sync the progress then use the console command on PC for it to be modded.
