Just tested it out, can confirm just load the save wait on the loading screen and 51/51 popped for me (PS4 Version No Deluxe). As for the PS5 version it states "You do not have add-on contents included in this character data. The character data was not saved".

Update:
Loaded the save on the PS4 version, sold one arrow and made sure it autosaved. Uploaded it from the main menu and was able to load it on the PS5. Gave me 49/51 trophies. Last one is strong bow.
