Yes PS4 version is needed since you have to upload the save on the games main menu. (Just like Nioh, Nioh 2, and Strangers of Paradise, all from the same dev)

What DLC do you have that seems to be required to use your save? I have the free armor dlc for buying the game, but do you have the season pass?

are you sure that is the right save? i tried both on ps4 and ps5. not all trophies popped
