Thanks mate.
I tried a few different things, and I couldn't get a re-region to work for anything. The datapads, difficulty, or survivors wouldn't pop. My game kept changing the difficulty to "Custom" after a save point, and all datapads are collected, but it says only 96% completed. Only the one for finishing the game popped. There's something different about these saves, maybe Save Wizard will fix that at some point.
Thanks again for uploading it so I could give it a try. I'm just going to have to slug it out this weekend.

Did you get the trophies for completing Nightmare Mode in Xeno City? I tried it on another profile and I got all the trophies.

I did not get the nightmare trophy. But I mentioned before that it's from a re-region of the EU save to US. The EU save here probably works just fine.
I think it has something to do with the base save that's needed for re-regioning. There is data in there that doesn't come over.

Hey @Schwibbel1988 I'm trying to re-region to CUSA34369 (US) for @Decker above. I have some theories, but if you have the time, it would be helpful to post all of your Nightmare settings. For example, did you have Nightmare difficulty AND No One Can Hear Them Scream mode active? If the settings match up between your EU host file and the US donor save, it might help the re-region work. ​

It's been a while since I last played Aliens Dark Descent. I think I played nightmare mode alone though and nobody hears them scream on easy difficulty.

Hey. Thank you for this. I appreciate it, but I ended up finishing up the game on my own. Others might need it though.
Nightmare was a pain, but it was doable. Luckily, I'm a huge fan of Aliens. I never figured out how the save system worked, but when I picked up the datapads I missed on my first run, it popped right away.
